KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS, that ALPINE SOS, LLC, a
Wyoming Limited Liability Company, 2440 Belmont, Idaho Falls, Idaho 83404,
GRANTOR, for and in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable
consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND
WARRANTS to SHANE A. LAW, a single man, CREED LAW, TRUSTEE of the
i't Creed Law Revocable Trust under agreement dated April 4, 1989, and all amendments
thereto, and ALTA CLARENE WEBB LAW, TRUSTEE of the Clarene Law
Revocable Trust, under agreement dated April 4, 1989, and all amendments thereto, P.O.
Box 4971, Jackson, Wyoming 83001, GRANTEES, and their heirs or successors and
assigns, the following described property situated in Alpine, Lincoln County, Wyoming,
to wit:
That property described in the Warranty Deed that was recorded in the
Lincoln County, Wyoming land records on January 5, 1996 in Book 378PR at
Pages 487 and 488 as Instrument No. 813725. A copy of said Warranty Deed is
attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Together with and including all improvements thereon and all
appurtenances and hereditaments thereunto belonging.
Subject to all covenants, conditions, reservations, restrictions, exceptions,
easements, and rights -of -way of sight and /or of record.
