"GRANTEES whose address is 5299 E. Skidmore Drive, Idaho Falls, Idaho 83406 -8230, all
right, title and interest now owned or hereafter acquired in and to the following described real
property situate in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, hereby waiving and releasing all rights
under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to -wit:
See Exhibit A attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof.
Together with and including all improvements thereon all oil, gas and mineral
rights owned by Seller, if any, and all other appurtenances and hereditaments
thereunto belonging; subject to all covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements,
reservations, rights, and rights -of -way of sight and /or record, and further subject
to discrepancies, conflicts in boundary lines, shortage of area, encroachments and
any facts which a correct survey and inspection of the premises would disclose
and which are not shown on the public record, and further subject to zoning laws
and restrictions.
