KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Thomas Tillery and Judith Tillery,
husband and wife, do hereby certify that a certain mortgage bearing the date of August
23, 2012, made and executed by William K. Graham and Karen D. Graham, husband
and wife as tenants by the entireties, as mortgagors, in favor of Thomas Tillery and
Judith Tillery, husband and wife, as mortgagees, conveying certain real estate therein
mentioned as security for the payment of $30,000.00 as therein stated, which mortgage
was recorded in the Office of the County Clerk and Ex- Officio Register of Deeds of
Lincoln County, Wyoming on August 27, 2022, in Book 792, Page 537, and mortgaging
the following described real estate in said County, to wit:
Lot 795 of Star Valley Ranch RV Park Plat 4 Stage 1, as platted and recorded in the
official records of Lincoln County, Wyoming
The aforementioned debt is fully paid, satisfied, released and discharged; and in
consideration thereof, the said mortgagees do hereby release the premises thereby
conveyed and mortgaged.
