Scherbel PLS 5368, 1997 location for the Southeast Comer of the North Half Southeast Quarter, of Section 36, Township 31 North, Range 119 West, of said 6th. P.M. Lincoln County, Wyoming; Thence North 0 °46'50" East, along the East line of said North Half Southeast Quarter, 671.73 feet to the Southwest comer of the Schwab property as referred to in the Deed recorded with Document No. 848100, ion Book 406PR, on Page 758, with said Office; Thence South 89 35'25" East, along the South line of said Schwab property, 324.43 feet; Thence South 0 °46'50" West, parallel with said East line, of said North Half Southeast Quarter, of said Section 36, 671.25 feet to a Point in the North line of the South Half Southwest Quarter of said Section 31; Thence North 89 °40'28" West, along said North line, of said South Half Southwest Quarter, of said Section 31, 324.43 feet, to the Point of Beginning. TOGETHER WITH AND SUBJECT TO: A 30.00 feet wide perpetual right -of- -way easement for ingress, egress, and all utilities to the Carson property, as referred to hereinabove, including the right to construct and maintain a roadway, to provide said ingress, egress, and for all utilities. Lincoln County, Wyoming; Thence North 0 °46'50" East, along the East line of said North Half Southeast Quarter of said Section 36, 30.00 feet; Thence North 89 °40'28" East, parallel with the North line of said South Half Southwest Quarter of said Section 31, 324.43 feet to a point in the East line of the above described property; Thence South 0 46'50" West along said East line of said above described property, 30.00 feet to a point in the North line of said South Half Southwest Quarter of said Section 31; Thence North 89 °40'28" West, along said North line of said South Half Southwest Quarter of said Section 31, 324.43 feet to the point of beginning.
