and existing under the laws of the State of Wyoming with a mailing address of 880 West Center
Street, North Salt Lake, County of Davis, State of Utah 84054, AS GRANTEE(S),
for and in consideration of the sum of TEN DOLLARS AND OTHER GOOD AND
VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, the
following described tract of land, situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming to wit:
Lot 86 in Star Valley Ranch Plat 16, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described
on the official plat thereof.
SUBJECT TO all easements, covenants, restrictions, rights of way and reservations appearing of
record, and taxes for the year 2014, and thereafter.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of
the State of Wyoming
