KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS, that VIRGINIA A. RADFORD,
SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE of Project Ventures Incorporated Profit Sharing Plan dated June 1,
2006, c/o LUTHI VOYLES, LLC, P.O. Box 820, Thayne, Wyoming 83127, GRANTOR, for
and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid,
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby remises, releases, and forever quitclaims unto
F. MICHAEL KIBBIE, PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE of the Estate of Rex K. Radford,
c/o LUTHI VOYLES, LLC, P.O. Box 820, Thayne, Wyoming 83127, GRANTEE, and his
successors and assigns forever, all such right, title, interest property, possession, claim and
demand, as she may have or ought to have, in or to property located in Lincoln County,

pertaining thereunto.
