for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, in hand
paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT to Michelle Bruce,
Kimberly Vanscoyk, Matthew Shaun Allred, Jennifer Roberts, Christopher John Allred, Timothy Alan
Allred and Cynthia Allred, as their interest may appear, their successors and assigns, GRANTEES, an
access and utility easement 60 feet in width over, under and across the following described property,
namely:
Part of Section 19, T3 IN Ri 19W, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the attached exhibit
prepared by Surveyor Scherbel, Ltd. tilled, "Description for Sixty (60) Foot Access and Utility
Easement dated 13 December 2013.
Together with the right to construct, maintain, improve and repair said access and utility casement.
Ilereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State
of Wyoming.

Section 19, T31N R119W, Lincoln County, lying and being situate easterly of the
centerline of Crow Creek County Road No. 12 -141;
all in accordance with that plat of record in said Office with Accession No. 974237 titled,
"FLAT HAT RANCH PHASE 11 A SUBDIVISION WITHIN GLO LOT 1 SECTION 19
T31N RI19W LINCOLN COUNTY,.W'YOMING dated 11 October2013.
