DAHLGREN of Afton, Wyoming 83110 hereafter referred to as GRANTOR, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT to DEREK A. JOHNSON and WHITNEY D. JOHNSON, husband and wife, of County of Laramie, State of Wyoming, GRANTEES, an easement for the benefit of the GRANTEES, for the following purpose and under the following conditions: 1. Purpose of Easement. This perpetual easement shall be for the installation, maintenance and repair of a culinary water line across the GRANTOR property described and recorded in Book 283 Page 461 in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk to benefit the property described and conveyed in Book 564 Page 336 in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk. This easement shall also allow for ingress and egress for maintenance and construction of the waterline. 2. Description of Easement. The easement shall be a 30 foot wide tract of land the centerline of which is described as follows: Beginning at a point which is 503 feet North of the Southeast corner of Section 1, T31N R119W of the 6 P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, thence West 80 feet. 3. Binding Effect. The terms and conditions of this easement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the heirs, successors and assigns of the parties named in this instrument. Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State.
