GOOD AND VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, the following described tract of land in Lincoln County, State
of WY, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the
State of Wyoming, to wit:
A TRACT OF LAND LYING IN THE SOUTH HALF OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER (S %SWI/
OF SECTION THIRTY -THREE (33), TOWNSHIP THIRTY-THREE (33) NORTH, RANGE 118 WEST
OF THE 6TH P.M., LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING, SAID TRACT BEING MORE
PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
BEGINNING AT A POINT WHICH IS N 89 °57' E, 1253.02 FEET FROM A POINT
IDENTIFIED BY TWO (2) WITNESS CORNERS AS BEING THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SAID
SECTION THIRTY -THREE (33), AND PROCEEDING THENCE N.0 °03' W, 252.50 FEET; THENCE
N 89 °57' E, 233.87 FEET; THENCE S 1 °17' W, 103.00 FEET; THENCE S 28 °32' W, 170.28 FEET;
THENCE S 89 °57' W, 150.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Subject to easements, restrictions and rights of way of record, and taxes for the current year and thereafter.
