Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the official plat filed on December 19,
2006 as instrument No. 925448 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk.
Together with all water rights, mineral rights, improvements and appurtenances thereon
situate or in anywise appertaining thereunto.
Subject, however, to all restrictions, reservation, easements and right -of -ways of record
or in use.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State of Wyoming.
