WHEREAS, the Mortgage being in default, the undersigned Sheriff
in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, pursuant to the request and
direction of Green Tree Servicing LLC, acting under a power of sale contained in
the Mortgage, proceeded to advertise for sale and did sell the hereinafter
described real property on August 27, 2013, at 10:00 o'clock in the forenoon, at
public venue, at the front door of the Lincoln County Courthouse located at 925
Sage Avenue, Kemmerer, WY, Lincoln County, State of Wyoming; and
WHEREAS, Green Tree Servicing LLC "Successful Bidder made
the highest and best bid for the hereinafter described real property in the sum of
$102,290.98, and the said real property was then and there sold to the
Successful Bidder on August 27, 2013 "Sale Date and a Certificate of Sale
was issued by the undersigned Sheriff in and for Lincoln County, State of
Wyoming, to the Successful Bidder, on the Sale Date, which Certificate of Sale
was duly recorded in the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex- officio
Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on August 29,
2013, at Reception No. 972973 in Book 819 at Page 115;
WHEREAS, said Certificate of Sale was assigned to Federal
National Mortgage Association, its successors and assigns by that certain
Assignment of Certificate of Sale dated October 11, 2013 and recorded in the
records of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln

WHEREAS, no one has appeared to redeem the hereinafter
