Susan L. Wright GRANTOR, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS
($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt
of which is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT to The
Barber Family Trust dated July 10, 2012, James Michael Barber and
Robin Lee Barber, Trustees, GRANTEE, whose address is 4777 W.
Pueblo Drive, Eloy, AZ 85131, the following described real estate, situate
in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, hereby waiving and releasing
all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the
State of Wyoming, to -wit:
Lot 411 of Star Valley Ranch RV Park Plat 1, Lincoln County, Wyoming
as described on the official plat thereof
Together with all buildings, improvements and appurtenances thereon
situate or in anywise appertaining thereto
Subject to reservations, restrictions, rights -of -way and easements of sight
and /or record.
