Grantors, for and in consideration of TEN ($10.00) DOLLARS and other good and valuable
consideration, receipt thereof is hereby acknowledged, do GRANT AND CONVEY TO:
Monica Louise Perrero and Tiffany Ann Perrero Hsu, joint tenants
Grantees, all the rights, title interest or claim that the Grantors may have in the following
described real property situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming.
Lot 137, Star Valley Ranch RV Park 1, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the
official plat thereof, together with all buildings, improvements and appurtenances
Subject to any easements, reservations, restrictions or right-of-ways of record.
EXPRESSLY RESERVING Life Estate in the above described property unto the Grantors and o F
their assigns. The Grantors shall have full ownership, possession and use of the property, as well .-I a ILI
as the rents, revenues and profits generated by the property during the term of the Grantors'
nature' lives. Upon the expiration of the Grantors' natural lives, the ownership, possession, use, III o
