KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that The Bank of Star Valley, A Wyoming
Banking Corporation, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage bearing the date of July 17,
2013, and executed by Francis A. Carr and Peggy A. Carr, Husband and Wife, to The Bank
of Star Valley, as mortgagee, a mortgage conveying a lien on certain real estate therein described
as security for the payment of $197,000.00 which mortgage was recorded in the office of the
County Clerk and Ex- Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on the 23
day of July, 2013 in Book 816 of Mortgages, at Page 299 as document #972165 and pertaining
to the following described real estate in said County, to -wit:

RELEASE OF REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE
"ALL LANDS DESCRIBED IN SAID MORTGAGE"
The note secured thereby and the aforementioned debt is fully paid, satisfied, released, and
discharged and in consideration thereof the said mortgage's do hereby release and quitclaim unto
the said mortgagors the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The Bank of Star Valley has caused the Release of Real Estate
Mortgage to be signed by its President and its corporate seal to be affixed, this 10 day of January,

Star Valley that the seal affixed to said instrument is the corporate seal of said corporation, and

of Directors, and said Vice President acknowledged said instrument to be the free act and deed of
said corporation.
