KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS, that JIM CRAMER, a married man, P.O.
Box 1239, Afton, Wyoming 83110, GRANTOR, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00)
and other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
CONVEYS AND WARRANTS to JAMES A. CRAMER, TRUSTEE of The JAC REVOCABLE
TRUST, U /A/D April 10, 2008, and any amendments thereto, c/o P.O. Box 1239, Afton, Wyoming
83110, GRANTEE, and his successors and assigns, the following described property situate in the County
of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, hereby waiving and releasing all rights under and by virtue of the
homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to wit:
That property described in the Special Warranty Deed that was recorded in the land
records of Lincoln County, Wyoming on September 29, 2010 in Book 754 at Pages 712 through
714 as Receiving No. 955772, a copy of which is attached hereto.
Together with and including all improvements thereon and all appurtenances and
hereditaments thereunto belonging.
Subject to all reservations, restrictions, exceptions, covenants, conditions, easements, and
rights -of -way of record, in sight, or in use.
EMILY CRAMER signs this Warranty Deed solely for the purpose of waiving and releasing all
rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming.
