Subject to all reservations, restrictions, exceptions, covenants, conditions, easements, and rights -of -way of record, in sight, or in use. EMILY CRAMER signs this Warranty Deed solely for the purpose of waiving and releasing all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming.
