releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the

A portion of the Merica Property. as referred to in the Deed recorded in Book 367PR on page 668,
with the office of the Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming, within the NE%4NW'A of Section 28, T32N
RII9W of the 6th P.M. Lincoln County, Wyoming, the metes and bounds being more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast Corner of the SE'ANW% of said Section 28, thence S89 °13'40 "W, along
the North line of said SE'ANW' /4 1316.52 feet to the Southeast corner of the NW'/NW'/ of said
Section 28, thence N0 °00'58 "W, along the East line of said NW'ANW /4, 1156.77 feet; thence
N89 °05'55 "E, parallel with the North line of said NE'ANW% 1316.56 feet to a point in the West
line of the NW %NE% of said Section 28: thence S0 °00'58 "E, along said West line, 1159.74 feet, to
the point of beginning.
SUBJECT. HOWEVER, to all reservations, restrictions, exceptions, easements and rights -of -way of record.
