GRANT OF EASEMENT
PAMELA. J. TERRY AND SCOTT B. TERRY, Trustees of the TERRY REVOCABLE
TRUST, Dated September 30, 2010, and any amendments thereto, GRANTOR, for and in
consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid,
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY to DARLA K. TAYLOR and ROSS J.
TAYLOR, Trustees, or their successors in trust under the DARLA K. TAYLOR LIVING
TRUST, dated December 16, 2002, and any amedments thereto, TERENCE L. MOORE Trustee
of the TERENCE L MOORE AMENDED TRUST, Dated November 19, 2010, as Amended,
STEVEN TREE and DENISE TREE, Husband and Wife, MICHAEL REED AND MARY
REED, Husband and Wife, LYNDA OWENS PETTY, Trustee of the LYNDA OWENS PETTY
REVOCABLE TRUST AGREEMENT, Dated December 15, 2008, amd MICHAEL THOMAS
MOORE, SHERRY LYNN LEVASSEUR, LAURA LEE ARNOLD, and LEAH ANN LOWER,
Trustees of the TERENCE L. MOORE FAMILY TRUST, DATED November 2, 1994,
GRANTEES, and their successors or assigns, an easement for the benefit of the Grantees, on the N
following described real estate situate in County of Lincoln and State of Wyoming, for the
following purposes and under the following conditions:
1. Purpose of Easement. This easement shall be for ingress, egress and w
access to the Beaureu of Land Management Property that borders the serviant estate. a

879318, in Book 548PR, on Page 370, with the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming.
Easement No. 3
The Right -of -Way Easement, as referred to in the Document recorded with Document No. 897322, in Book 548PR,
on Page 392, with the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming.
3. Description of Serviant Estates. The above described easement shall
encumber the following described parcel of property located in Lincoln County, Wyoming:
NE1 /4NW1 /4 and NW1 /4NW1/4 of Section 25, Township 36 North, Range 119 West, of the 6 P.M., Lincoln
County, Wyoming.

4. Binding Effect. The terms and conditions of this easement shall be
binding upon and inure to the benefit of the heirs, successors and assigns of the parties named in
this instrument.
