FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the sum of TEN and 00 /100 Dollars ($10.00) cash in hand
paid, and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of all of which are hereby
acknowledged, TERESA JENSEN CALL, an individual (the "Grantor has bargained and sold, and
by these presents does transfer and convey to BRADLEY FRANZ CALL, an individual (the
"Grantee certain land in Freedom, State of Wyoming, being more particularly described as follows:
Lot 12 of Double L Ranch West Subdivision, Lincoln County, Wyoming, as
shown on the Official Plat thereof recorded March 7, 2007, at document
number 827422, in the Office of the Clerk, Lincoln County, Wyoming
TOGETHER WITH all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging or
in any wise appertaining thereto, including, but not limited to easements and rights -of -way over adjoining
property, which easements and rights -of -way are appurtenant to the Property.
This conveyance of the Property, and all covenants and warranties contained herein, are
made expressly subject to the following:
To have and to hold the Property with all appurtenances, estate, title, and interest thereto
belonging to the Grantee, forever.
Grantor further covenants and binds itself to warrant and forever defend the title to the
Property to the said Grantee, Grantee's successors and assigns, against the lawful claims of all persons
whomsoever claiming by, through or under Grantor, but not otherwise.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State of Wyoming.
