Trust dated May 1, 2007, GRANTORS, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS
($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which
is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND QUITCLAIM to James Neil Vargason
and Tamera Vargason, husband and wife, GRANTEES, whose address is P.O. Box
1598, Thayne, WY, 83127 all rights, title and interest now owned or hereafter
acquired in and to the following described real estate, situate in the County of
t yt t(Ayy, State of Wyoming, hereby waiving and releasing all rights under and by
virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to -wit:
