(1) the "ROADWAY ACCESS AND UTILITY EASEMENT" that was recorded
in the land records of Lincoln County, Wyoming on September 30, 1996 in Book 388 PR
at Pages 601 through 604 as Instrument No. 827011, a copy of which is attached hereto,
2014.
and
(2) the "JUDICIAL EASEMENT" that was recorded in the land records of
Lincoln County, Wyoming on August 26, 1996 in Book 387 PR at Pages 412 through
417 as Instrument No. 825355, a copy of which is attached hereto;
for themselves and their successors and assigns, and for and in consideration of Ten Dollars
($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, including the EASEMENT AGREEMENT that was recorded in the land records
of Lincoln County, Wyoming on January 21, 2014 in Book 827 at Pages 62 Receiving No.
975011, hereby relinquish and release forever the easements that were created in the above
referenced ROADWAY ACCESS AND UTILITY EASEMENT and JUDICIAL EASEMENT.
Said easements shall no longer encumber in any manner whatsoever that property, currently
owned by WJW HOLDINGS WY, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, P.O. Box
3309, Alpine, Wyoming 83128, as to that company and it successors and assigns.

ROADWAY ACCESS AND UTILITY EASEMENT
C. W. "Bill" Jepson and Gayla Jepson, husband and wife, GRANTORS, of
Lincoln County, Wyoming, for and In consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and
other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT to Michael Kibbie and to HI -Line
Equipment Company, a Utah Partnership, their respective heirs, successors, and
assigns, GRANTEES, whose address is 1111 South 3200 West, Salt Lake City, Utah
84104, a non exclusive roadway access and utility easement to be used for ingress,
egress, and utility purposes over, under and across Grantors' property as recorded In
Book 298PR, page 175, Document 734523 in the office of the Lincoln County Clerk in
Kemmerer, Wyoming, said easement description is described in the attached
DESCRIPTION FOR MICHAEL KIBB1R HI -LINE EQUIPMENT COMPANY ACCESS
EASEMENT to the extent the easement description encompasses Grantors' property.
Together with the right to construct, maintain, improve and repair the said
roadway and utilities and to use said area for snow storage. The within grant is
intended to be an easement running with that land of Grantees which it serves and
shall be perpetual so long as it is used for roadway and utility purposes, namely;
1) that land recorded in Book 190 P1, page 569, Document No. 582879 as recorded in
the office of the Lincoln County Clerk in Kemmerer, Wyoming; 2) Lots 7 and 8 of
the Proposed Alpine Retreat, Inc., Subdivision 3 as contained in that Sheriff's
Deed recorded In Book 189PR, page 559 as Instrument Nu. 581280 and that
Corrective Sheriff's Deed recorded in Book 190PR, page 569 as Instrument No.
582829, in the office of the Lincoln County Clerk in Kemmerer, Wyoming; and 3)
that land as contained in land Instrument No. 599735, dated January 15, 1981,
Instrument Code 356, Fiche 1040 -22, and Instrument No. 613969, dated October 5,
1981, lnstrument Code 356, Fiche 1359 -37, all as recorded in the Office of the
Bonneville County Clerk in Idaho Falls, Idaho; and shall be perpetual so long as it is
used for roadway purposes.

A JUDGMENT AND PERMANENT INJUNCTION having been issued by
this court on March 31, 1994 and the Wyoming Supreme Court having affirmed the
same on October 27, 1995, and a survey having been made to establish the legal
'boundaries of the access easements established in this civic action;
NOW THEREFORE IT IS ORDERED that plaintiffs Michael IGbbie and Hi-
Line Equipment Company, a Utah Partnership, their respective heirs, successors,
and assigns, are afforded an access easement over and across that real property
located in the SE1 /4 of Section 9, Township 36 North, Range 119 West of the 6th
Principal Meridian In Lincoln County, Wyoming as more particularly described on
the attached DESCRIPTION FOR MICHAEL I<IBBIE HI -LINE EQUIPMENT
COMPANY ACCESS EASEMENT. Together With the right to construct, maintain,
improve and repair the said roadway as necessary. The within grant is intended to
be an easement running with the lands of plaintiffs Michael Kibble and Hi-Line
Equipment Company, a Utah Partnership, their respective heirs, successors, and
assigns, namely; 1) that land recorded in Book 190 PR, page 569, Document No.
582879 as. recorded in the office of the Lincoln' County Clerk in Kemmerer,
