KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS, that:
HI LINE EQUIPMENT COMPANY, LLC, a Utah limited liability company,
1111 South 3200 West, Salt Lake City, Utah 84104 (which previously was HI -LINE
EQUIPMENT COMPANY, a Utah Partnership);
ROBERT R. MEIKLE, a married man holding title as his separate property,
P.O. Box 3762, Alpine, Wyoming 83128,
ROBERT R. MEIKLE and JAMIE S. MEIKLE, husband and wife, as tenants
by the entireties, P.O. Box 3576, Alpine, Wyoming 83128, and
all acting as successors to the easement interests that were created in:

(1) the "SHERIFF'S DEED" that was recorded in the land records of Lincoln County,
Wyoming on July 22, 1982 in Book 189 PR at Pages 559 and 560 as Instrument No.
581280, a copy of which is attached hereto, and

(2) the "CORRECTED SHERIFF'S DEED" that was recorded in the land records of
Lincoln County, Wyoming on August 18, 1982 in Book 190 PR at Pages 569 and 570 as
Instrument No. 5828879, a copy of which is attached hereto,
for themselves and their successors and assigns, and for and in consideration of Ten Dollars
($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged,
hereby relinquish and release forever the easements that were created in the above referenced
SHERIFF'S DEED and CORRECTED SHERIFF'S DEED. Said easements shall no longer
encumber in any manner whatsoever those properties currently owned by WJW HOLDINGS
WY, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, P.O. Box 3309, Alpine, Wyoming 83128, as
to that company and its successors and assigns, and FLOYD AUTEN and JOAN AUTEN,
husband and wife, 403 West Fleetwood Place, Glendora, California 91740, as to them and their
heirs and assigns.

SHERIFF' :S DEED
THIS DEED made the 22nd day of July
1982, between T. DEB WOLFLEY, Sheriff of the County of
Lincoln, State of Wyoming, transferor herein, and HI LINE
EQUIPMENT COMPANY, a general partnership, transferee;
RECITALS:
WHEREAS, T. DEB WOLFLEY was the duly appointed,
qualified and acting Sheriff of Lincoln County, Wyoming on
April 20, 1982, and at all times material thereafter; and
WHEREAS, the following described real property was sold
at execution sale by Sheriff Wolfley at 10:00 A.M,, on the
steps of the Lincoln County Courthouse at Kemmerer, Wyoming
on April 20, 1982; and
WHEREAS, the following described premises belonged to
Alpine Retreat, Inc., a Wyoming corporation, and which was
subject to a writ of •execution, dated 'March 23, 1982,
directed" to Sheriff T. Deb Wolfley, and issued of the
District Court of the Third Judicial'Distri in and for
the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, on a. judgment
rendered in said Court on May 12, 1976, and revived by order
of said Court on March 23, 1982, in favor of William H.
Kibbie, et al, Plaintiffs therein, and against Alpine
ietreat, Inc., a Wyoming corporation, Defendant therein; and
WHEREAS, Sheriff T. Deb Wolfley duly issued a Sheriff's
Certificate of Purchase on May 3, 1982, •of the "following
described premises to William H. Kibbie; and
WHEREAS, William H. Kibbie is one of the partners of Hi
Line-Equipment Company, a general partnership, one of the
Plaintiffs named in the above referenced judgment; and
WHEREAS, there has been no redemption of the following
described premises from either Alpine Retreat, Inc., its
successors or assigns, or any judgment creditors, grantees
or mortgagees of Alpine Retreat, Inc., within the time
allowed by law;
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY'THIS DEED, that I, T.
DEB, WOLFLEY, Sheriff of Lincoln County,, State of Wyoming, in
consideration of the premises, have granted and sold and do
hereby convey to HI LINE EQUIPMENT COMPANY, a, general
partnership, consisting of William H. Kibbie, Elizabeth M.
Kibbie, Frederick M. •Kibbie, Carolyn M. Benson, and Kathleen
E. Simonsen, Trust, their heirs, executors, successors and
assigns, the following described tract of land situate in
Lincoln County, Wyoming, to -wit:
A portion of Section 9, T. 36 N., R. 119 W:, 6th P.M.,
Wyoming described as follows:
Lots 8 7, .Proposed Alpine Retreat Inc., Subdivision
f3 as prepared in 1971• b9 AAA Engineers, Salt Lake
City, Utah.
and
A right -of -way access to both banks or sides of the
Sale River, said access and right -of -way extending
Southwesterly along a line parallel to the meander line
of said river 1620 feet from point of beginning to'a
point in a fence rimming East and West along the
Northern boundary of Section 16 T. 36 N.., R. 119 W.,
6th Principal Meridia- n;'and extending East 50 feet and
West 50 feet from said 'meander line of both banks of
the Sale River.
and
That .right-of-way known as the Lower Valley Power and
Light Right -of -way and that 60 foot easement from said
right -of -way to the Idaho State Line for that proposed
road platted by AAA .Engineers.
TOGETHER with alT improvements thereon situate or in
anywise appertainiig thereunto, subject, however., to
all restrictions, reservations, exceptions„ easements
and rights -of -way of record'or in use.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described premises with
all appurtenances to the said HI LINE EQUIPMENT COMPANY, a
general partnership, consisting of William H. Kibbie,
Elizabeth M. Kibbie, Frederick M. Kibbie, Carolyn M. Benson
and Kathleen E. Simonsen Trust, their heirs,, executors,
successors and assigns i`}greyer.

WHEREAS, T. Deb •Wol•fley, Sheriff• of the County of
LInco.ln, State of. Wyoming, on the 22nd day of July, 1982,'by
a Sheriff's 'Deed of that date', which deed .was filed for
record on July 22, 1982, in the Office of the Lincoln County
Clerk and Ex- Officio Register of Deeds in Book 189 PR at
Page 559,• Instrument No. 581280, conveyed unto' Hi Line
.Equipment Company, 'a' general partnership, certain real
property situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming;
and
WHEREAS, the property conveyed by the aforesaid deed
contained an error in the description of the property within
a portion of Section 9, T 36 N, R 119 W, 6th P.M., Wyoming,
providing, to -wit:
A portion, of Section 9, T. 36 N., R. 119 W., 6th P.M.;
Wyoming described as follows:
Lots 8 7, Proposed Alpine Retreat Inc., Subdivision
#3 as prepared in 1971 by AAA Engineers, Salt Lake
City, Utah:
A right -of -way access to both banks or• sides of the
Sale River, said access and right -of -way extending
Southwesterly along a line parallel to the meander. line

point in a fence running East and West along the

Wyoming described as follows:

sold, and by these presents do gr nt, bargain and sell; unto
the said HI LINE EQUIPMENT COMPANY, a general partnership,
consisting of William H. Kibbie, Elizabeth M. Kibbie,
Frederick M. Kibbie, Ca -rolyn M. Benson, and Kathleen E.
Simonsen Trust,' their heirs; executors, successors and
assigns, the real property last hereinabove described, to
have and to hold. unto HI LINE EQ IPMENT COMPANY, a general
partnership, their heirs and ssigns forever, subject,
however, to all the rights of red mption provided by law.
