S. MEIKLE, husband and wife, as tenants by the entireties, P.O. Box 3576, Alpine, Wyoming 83128,
GRANTORS, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in
hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby remise, release, and forever quitclaim unto
WJW HOLDINGS WY, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, P.O. Box 3309, Alpine, Wyoming
83128, GRANTEE, and its successors and assigns forever, all such right, title, interest in property,
possession, claim and demand, as we may have or ought to have, in or to property located in Alpine,
Lincoln County, Wyoming, more particularly described as follows, to -wit:
The real property described in the attached legal description titled "DESCRIPTION FOR
WJW HOLDINGS WY, LLC RIVER TRACT dated 13 February 2014.
Together with all improvements, and appurtenances thereon situate or in anywise
pertaining thereunto.
Subject to all easements, reservations, restrictions, and rights -of -way of record, of sight,
or in use.
It is the intent of the Grantors and the Grantee that the common boundary line along the
Salt River, lying and being situate approximately 50' offset from the east bank of the Salt River,
be a fixed boundary line and not an ambulatory riparian line.

To -wit:
All of River Tract as depicted on the below referenced plat;
ENCOMPASSING an area of 33.68 acres, more or less;
The Base Bearing for this survey is the east line of the SE1 /4 of Section 9, T36N R119W,
Lincoln County, Wyoming, being S00 04' -42 "W;
TOGETHER with a right of ingress, egress and utilities over, under and across Kibbie
Parkway, as depicted on said plat; AND
TOGETHER with a right of ingress and egress over and across Granite Ridge Road, the
Common Area Easement and the Twenty (20) foot Forest Access Easement, as depicted on
said plat;
SUBJECT to a right of ingress and egress over and across the Fifty (50) foot Access
Easement, as depicted on said plat;
RESERVING unto the Grantors, their heirs, successors and assigns a perpetual right of
ingress, egress and utilities over, under, and across said Kibbie Parkway and Granite Ridge
Road, the Common Area Easement, the Fifty (50) foot Access Easement and the Twenty
(20) foot Forest Access Easement, as depicted on said plat, in order to provide a perpetual
access and utility easement to whatever lands said Grantors may designate;
