which is hereby acknowledged and confessed, Westmoreland Kemmerer, Inc., hereinafter called the grantor, hereby
remises, releases and quitclaims to the TOWN OF DIAMONDVILLE, its assigns or successors herein called the grantee,
the following described lands located in the County of Lincoln and State of Wyoming, to -wit:
Parcel No. 5
All that portion of Tracts 38 and 46, Resurvey T.21N., R.116W. of the 6th P.M., Wyoming, described by metes and
bounds as follows:
Commencing at a point on the existing southerly right -of -way boundary of Conroy Street, said point being
monumented by a 3 inch brass cap stamped LS 558, from which the south quarter corner of Section 24 of said T.21N.,
R.116W. bears S. 84 °01'30.1" E. a distance of 1,586.97 feet, said corner being monumented by a 2'/2 inch GLO brass cap;
thence along said southerly right -of -way boundary of Conroy Street N. 79 °25'3 8.2" E. a distance of 62.00 feet to the
TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING;
thence continuing along said southerly right -of- boundary N. 79 °25'38.2" E. a distance of 187.32 feet to a point on
the existing southwesterly right -of -way boundary of the Union Pacific Railroad, also being on a circular curve concave
northeasterly, the radius of which is 1,532.69 feet and a line tangent to said curve bears S. 37 °16'33.6" E.;
thence southeasterly along said Union Pacific Railroad right -of -way boundary and said curve through a central
angle of 01°15'44.9" a distance of 33.77 feet;
thence S. 79 °25'38.2" W. a distance of 202.92 feet to a point on the easterly boundary of the Town of
Diamondville;
thence along said easterly boundary N. 31 °48'04.7" W. a distance of 5.50 feet;
thence continuing along said easterly boundary N. 05°47'16.2" W. a distance of 24.96 feet to the point of beginning.
The above described parcel of land contains 5,882 square feet, more or less.
Basis of bearing for the above described parcel of land is S. 84 °01'30.1" E. from said point of commencment to
said south quarter corner.
Grantor conveys and quitclaims to the grantee all the estate, right, title, interest, property, claim demand
whatsoever, in law as in equity, and any and all after acquired title of the grantor, in or to the above described premises and
every part and parcel thereof, with the appurtenances, tenements and hereditaments there unto belonging.
Grantor releases and waives any and all rights under and by virtue of the Homestead Exemption Laws of this State.
