GRANTOR, of Morgan, Morgan County, Utah, for and in consideration of TEN ($10.00) DOLLARS
and other Good and Valuable Considerations in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
CONVEYS and WARRANTS, against all claiming by, through or under Grantor, to:
GRANTEE, whose mailing address is 717 West Elk Run Drive, Morgan, Utah 84050, the following
described real estate situated in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, to -wit:

DESCRIBED ON THE OFFICIAL PLAT THEREOF.
TOGETHER with all improvements and appurtenances thereunto belonging, but being

enforceable in law and equity.
