Justin Hawke and Rebecca Hawke, husband and wife, GRANTORS, for and
in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable
consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY
AND WARRANT to Brooke Housley and Chase Martinez, as joint tenants
with rights of survivorship, GRANTEES, whose address is 416 Sapphire
Street, Kemmerer, WY 83101, the following described real estate, situate in the
County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, hereby waiving and releasing all rights
under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming,
to -wit:
The Easterly 1/3 of Lots 4, 5 and 6 of Block 2 to the Town of Kemmerer, Lincoln
County, Wyoming being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Northeast corner of said Lot 6 of said Block 2 and running
thence southeasterly along the west boundary line of the alley, 140 feet;
thence southwesterly at right angles to said boundary of alley, 46 2/3 feet;
thence northwesterly on a line parallel to the said boundary of alley, 140 feet to a
point on the line between Lot 6 and Sapphire Street;
thence northeasterly along said line between Lot 6 and Sapphire Street, 46 2/3
feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING
Together with all buildings, improvements and appurtenances thereon situate or
in anywise appertaining thereto
Subject to reservations, restrictions, rights -of -way and easements of sight and /or
record.
