Sequera and Susan J. Sequera, as mortgagor(s), mortgaged to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Quicken Loans Inc. its successors and assigns, as mortgagee, the hereinafter described real property by that certain mortgage dated November 11, 2005 (the "Mortgage and duly recorded in the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on November 21, 2005, at Reception No. 913893 in Book 605 at Page 435. The mortgage and note secured thereby were assigned for value as follows: Assignee: OneWest Bank, FSB Assignment dated: April 19, 2010 Assignment recorded: April 26, 2010 Assignment recording information: at Reception No. 953097 in Book 746 at Page 87 All in the records of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, Wyoming; and WHEREAS, the Mortgage being in default, the undersigned Sheriff in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, pursuant to the request and direction of OneWest Bank, FSB, acting under a power of sale contained in the Mortgage, proceeded to advertise for sale and did sell the hereinafter described real property on September 17, 2013, at 10:00 o'clock in the forenoon, at public venue, at the front door of the Lincoln County Courthouse located at 925 Sage Avenue, Kemmerer, WY, Lincoln County, State of Wyoming; and WHEREAS, OneWest Bank, FSB "Successful Bidder made the highest and best bid for the hereinafter described real property in the sum of $132,658.47, and the said real property was then and there sold to the Successful Bidder on September 17, 2013 "Sale Date and a Certificate of Sale was issued by the undersigned Sheriff in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, to the Successful Bidder, on the Sale Date, which Certificate of Sale was duly recorded in the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on September 17, 2013, at Reception No. 973293 in Book 820 at Page 383; WHEREAS, said Certificate of Sale was assigned to Federal National Mortgage Association, its successors and assigns by that certain Assignment of Certificate of Sale dated September 26, 2013 and recorded in the records of the County Clerk and ex-officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on �ciit ,3D 2014 at Reception No. �7S/ SCE in Book c'Y' at Page`s WHEREAS, no one has appeared to redeem the hereinafter described real property under the laws of the State of Wyoming, and the time for doing so has now expired; NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that I, Shane Johnson, Sheriff in and for said County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, in consideration of the premises, have GRANTED, BARGAINED, and SOLD, and do hereby TRANSFER and CONVEY, to said FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, whose address is PO Box 650043, Dallas, TX 75265 its successors and assigns, all right, title, and interest to the following described real property situate in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, to -wit: ShDeed.doc Sheriffs Deed Sequera 12- 07537R Page 1 of 2 1111 1111 TO HAVE AND TO HOLD said described premises, together with all improvements thereon erected and all fixtures and appurtenances thereunto belonging, to FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, its successors and assigns forever.
