husband and wife, as tenants by the entireties, of PO Box 389, Jackson, Wyoming, 83001,
GRANTORS, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable
consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, do hereby CONVEY AND WARRANT
to Bradley J. Crouch and Alyson J. Hockett, Trustees of the Bradley Crouch and Alyson Hockett
Living Trust, dated December 17, 2008, and any amendments thereto, GRANTEE, whose
address is PO Box 389, Jackson, Wyoming, 83001, the following described real property situate
in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, hereby waiving and releasing all rights under and
by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to -wit:
Lot 14 of Star Valley Ranch Plat 15, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the
official plat thereof.
Including and together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments, appurtenances
belonging, but subject to taxes, assessments, covenants, conditions, restrictions,
reservations, right -of -way and easements of sight or record.
Wyoming Statute 4- 10- 402(c), as may be amended, shall apply to the foregoing described real
estate and any proceeds resulting from the sale or disposition thereof.
