Breeze, Riverton, Wyoming 82501, as Seller, and ERIC L. ALCORN and MICHELLE L.
ALCORN, husband and wife, whose address for purposes of this agreement is P.O. Box
229, La Barge, WY 83123, as Purchaser, have this date entered into an installment sale
agreement and escrow agreement (contract for deed) concerning the sale and purchase of
the following- described real property located in Lincoln County, Wyoming, to-wit:
Lot 12, Eubank Foothill Estates Subdivision, Lincoln County, Wyoming as the
same appears on the official plat thereof filed of record in the office of the Lincoln
County Clerk.
