($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, does hereby Convey and Warrant to Seied Zia Aldin Yasrobi and Brenda K.
Younkin, Trustees, or their successors in interest, of the Yasrobi Younkin Revocable Trust dated
February 3, 2014, and any amendments thereto, of 1230 W Fresno Drive, Jackson, WY 83001,
Grantee, all right, title and interest now owned or hereafter acquired in and to the following z

Wyoming, according to that plat filed in the Office of the Lincoln county Clerk.

Including and together with all improvements and appurtenances thereon and
thereunto belonging, but subject to taxes, reservations, covenants, conditions,
restrictions, rights -of -way and easements of sight and record, if any.
