valuable consideration, the following described real property located in Lincoln County, State
of Wyoming:
Lot 355 of STAR VALLEY RANCH RV PARK PLAT 1, Lincoln County,
Wyoming, as described on the official plat thereof, together with all buildings
improvements and appurtenances thereon situate or in anywise appertaining
thereto.
TOGETHER WITH all improvements and appurtenances thereunto belonging.
SUBJECT TO easements, rights of way, restrictions, and reservations of record and those
enforceable in law and equity.
