SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED
Fannie Mae a/k/a Federal National Mortgage Association, organized and existing under the laws of
the United States of America, with its principal office at 14221 Dallas Parkway, Suite 1000, Dallas, TX
75254, GRANTOR(S) for and in consideration of Ten dollars and other good and valuable
consideration in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY(S) AND

CLERK OF LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING, AS PLAT NO. 166.

Subject, however, to all reservations, covenants, conditions, restrictions, rights -of -way and easements
of record, and special assessment districts, if any; taxes for the year 2012 and subsequent years.
Grantor covenants that it is seized and possessed of the said land and has a right to convey it, and
warrants the title against the lawful claims of all persons claiming by, through, and under it, but not
further otherwise.
GRANTEE HEREIN SHALL BE PROHIBITED FROM CONVEYING CAPTIONED PROPERTY FOR A
SALES PRICE OF GREATER THAN $141,000.00 FOR A PERIOD OF THREE MONTHS FROM THE
DATE OF THE RECORDING OF THIS DEED. GRANTEE SHALL ALSO BE PROHIBITED FROM
ENCUMBERING SUBJECT PROPERTY WITH A SECURITY INTEREST IN THE PRINCIPAL AMOUNT
GREATER THAN $141,000.00 FOR A PERIOD OF THREE MONTHS FROM THE DATE OF THE
RECORDING OF THIS DEED. THESE RESTRICTIONS SHALL RUN WITH THE LAND AND ARE NOT
PERSONAL TO GRANTEE.
THIS RESTJRCTION SHALL TERMINATE IMMEDIATELY UPON CONVEYANCE AT ANY
FORECLOSURE SALE RELATED TO A MORTGAGE OR DEED OF TRUST.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the grantor has caused its corporate name and seal to be hereunto affixed
