SUMMERS, husband & wife, ("~antor"), for a good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, do hereby grant, convey and warrant unto Lower Valley Energy, a Cooperative Corporation, of ~on and Jackson, Wyoming and to its successors and assigns, ("Grantees"), a perpetual easement and right of way for the construction and continued maintenance, repair, alteration and replacement of the electric distribution circuits, lines and equipment of the ~antee to be constructed and maintained under, upon and across the premises of ~antor in LINCOLN County, State of WYOMING aiong a llne described as follows, to wit: BErG a part of Lot 85 and Lot 100 of Prater Canyon Estates, Unit No.1, in Section 30, T35N, R118W, 6"' P.M., in Lincoln County, Wyoming, more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at an existing padmount transformer on the No~h property line East 105 feet of the NW property corner of Lot 85 of said Prater Canyon Estates, installing a padmount vault, and running thence with an underground electric powerline S 53° E 133 feet to a padmount electric transformer. Thence S 12o W 16 feet to an electric metering point. EASEMENT to include 10 feet on each side of described line. Together with all necessa~ and reasonable rights of ingress and egress and t0 excavate and refill ditches and trench for the location and repair of said facilities and to cut, trim, or remove trees, shmbbe~, undergro~h or 9ther obstructions inte~ering with the repair and maintenance of the ficilities. The Grantor acknowledges that Electric and magnetic Fields (E~) ~e naturally occu~ng in the distribution of electricity, and the Grantee has here notified Grantor that E~ testing and information is available upon request from the Grantee. The undersigned agrees that all wires and other facilities, installed on the above described lands at the ~antee's expense shall remain the property of the ~antee, removable at the option of the Grantee.
