now owned by Grantor in the following- described real estate located in the County of
Lincoln, State of Wyoming, to -wit:

The undersigned Grantor hereby waives and releases all rights of dower and
homestead in the premises described herein, insofar as said rights of dower and homestead
may in any way affect the purpose for which this instrument is made as recited herein.

A parcel of land located in Tracts 46 and 52 of the Resurvey of Section 23,
T21N R116W of the 6 P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, being more
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point which bears S 0 °01'26" W, 462.54 feet from Corner No.
3 of said Tract 50 and being on the tract line between Tracts 52 and 46;
thence S 89 °58'37" E, 448.92 feet to a point;
thence N 86 °21'58" E, 126.06 feet to a point on the westerly boundary of the
Replat of the Town of Diamondville dated August 31, 1942 on file at
the office of the Lincoln County Clerk;
thence S 17 °14'10" W, 124.09 feet along said westerly boundary to a point;
