SATISFACTION OF MORTGAGE
Know all men, that the undersigned hereby certifies that a certain Mortgage executed by Kyle
Patrick Steed and Mary Ann Steed, Husband and Wife as Tenants by the Entireties and
recorded on October 28, 2008 as Instrument No. 943224 records of Lincoln County, WY,
together with the debt thereby secured is fully paid, satisfied and discharged.
The lien of the undersigned as to the following described property is hereby released.
That part of Section 5, Township 30 North, Range 118 West of the 6th PM., Lincoln County,
Wyoming described on Exhibit prepared by Marlow A. Scherbel labeled "Description for Sandra
L. Steed, Steed Family Exempt Tract Adjusted" dated 5 August 2008, further described as
follows:
That part of the Southwest Quarter Northeast Quarter of Section 5, Township 30 North, Range
118 West, Lincoln County, Wyoming, being part of that tract of record in the Office of the Clerk
of Lincoln County in Book 468 of Photostatic Records on page 699, described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Southwest spike of said tract, on the South line of said Southwest Quarter
Northeast Quarter, South 89 °08'55" East, 214.50 feet, from the Southwest corner of said
Southwest Quarter Northeast Quarter;
Thence North 00 °14'42" East, 386.05 feet, along the West line of said tract, to a point;
Thence South 89 °53'00" East, 438.43 feet, to a point on the East line of said tract;
Thence South 00 °51'06" West, 391.65 feet, along said East line, to a spike on said South line;
Thence North 89 °08'55" West, 434.31 feet, along said South line to the SPIKE OF BEGINNING.
