Beginning at the Southeast Corner of the Northwest one quarter of the Southeast one quarter
(NW1 /4SE1 /4) of Section Twenty-Five (25) of Township Twenty-six (26) North, Range One Hundred
Twenty (120) West of the Sixth (6 Principal Meridian, the point of beginning; Thence, 426.3 feet West
along the southerly boundary line of said NW1 /4SE /14 of said Section 25; thence North 33 °38'W, 113.9
feet, parallel to and eastward at right angles a distance of 2 rods from United States Highway Number 30-
N; thence East, 489.6 feet; thence South, 91.15 feet to the place of beginning

Starting at a point 56 °05'W 2130 feet of the Southeast corner of Section 25, Township 26 North, Range
120 West, thence North 34 °32' West, 391 feet; thence North 90° East 391 feet; thence South 30 °45' West
352 feet to place of beginning
And
Beginning at the Southeast Corner of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section 25,
Township 26 North, Range 120 West, which is the point of beginning; and running thence West of
approximately 62 feet; thence in the Northwesterly direction to a given point; thence Southeasterly to a
point which is approximately 40 rods North of the Southeast Corner of the Southwest Corner of the
Southeast Corner and is identified as the edge of the old State Highway

That part of the SW1 /4SE1 /4 of Section 25, T26N, R120W, Lincoln County, Wyoming, it being the intent
to redescribe that tract of record in Book 35 of Photostatic Records on page 518 and in Book 200 of
Photostatic Records on page 541 and in Book 238 of Photostatic Records on page 338, parcel #4, in the
Office of the Clerk of the County of Lincoln, bounded and described as follows:
On the southwest by the northeasterly right -of -way line of the original State Highway 89 being project
FAP34; on the west by the east line of that tract of record in the said Office in Book 200 of Photostatic
Records on page 538 and in Book 238 of Photostatic Records on page 338, parcel #1; on the northeast by
the southwesterly right -of -way line of the second location of said State Highway 89 of record in the said
office in Book 19 of Deeds on page 269; and may be secondarily described as follows:
BEGINNING at the intersection of the northeasterly right -of -way line of State Highway 89, FAP34, with
the southwesterly right -of -way line of State Highway 89, 19D269, approximately N62 °00'W, 1780 feet
from the southeast corner of said Section 25; thence N54 °54'W, 300 feet, more or less, along the said
northeasterly right -of -way line to the southeast corner of that tract of record in said Book 200 of Photostatic
Records on page 538; thence North, 200 feet, more or less, along the east line of said tract to an intersection
with the said southwesterly right -of -way line; thence S33 °38'E, 450 feet, more or less, along the
southwesterly right -of -way line to the place of beginning
Together with all buildings, improvements and appurtenances thereon situate or in anywise appertaining
thereto
Subject to any and all easements, reservations, covenants, restrictions and right -of -ways of record, of sight
or in use. r
