being a portion of' that tract of record in the office of the Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming in Book 271 PR, Page 473;
Said parcel being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point on the South line of said record tract,
coincident with the South line of said Nt/SW from which the Southwest corner of the NW %SW% of said Section 20
bears S89 °57'00 "W, 1432.71 feet; thence N30 °09'03 "W, 687.79 feet to a point on the North line of said record tract,
where is found a 6/8 inch diameter steel reinforcing bar with aluminum cap inscribed "P.M. Jorgensen PE LS 2612
thence along the North line of said record tract, parallel with the South line of said N%2 SW N89 °57'00 "E, 349.50 feet
to the Northeast corner of said record tract; Said Northeast corner being on the Westerly right -of -way line of Wyoming
State Highway No. 26, where is found a 6/8 inch diameter steel reinforcing bar with aluminum cap inscribed "P.M.

Southeast corner of said record tract, where is found a masonry nail in asphalt; thence along said South line,
