Kathleen M. Newell, a married woman, GRANTOR, of Lincoln County,
Wyoming, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and
valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
CONVEYS AND WARRANTS to Rolf L. Brinckmann and Kathleen M. Newell, Trustees
of the Brinckmann and Newell Living Trust, U A dated January 28, 2010, GRANTEES,
whose address is 4202 B Calle Real #337, Santa Barbara, California 93110, the following
described real estate, situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, hereby
waiving and releasing all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws
of the State of Wyoming, to -wit:
Lot 3 of Country Vista Subdivision, Lincoln County, Wyoming, described
on the official plat filed on July 10, 2002 as Instrument No. 882428 of the
Records of the Lincoln County Clerk.

Together with and including all improvements thereon and all
appurtenances and hereditaments thereunto belonging. Subject to all
covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, reservations, and rights-of-
way of record.
