GEORGE A. WALKER AND KAREN N. WALKER, HUSBAND AND WIFE,
GRANTOR(S) of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, hereby QUIT CLAIM(S) to
GEORGE A. WALKER AND KAREN L. WALKER, GRANTEE(S), of P.O. Box 3272,
Alpine, WY 83128, for and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar and other good and
valuable consideration, the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County, State of
Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of the State, to wit:
All of Lot 3, Aspen Hill Subdivision, being a part of Section 22, Township 36 North, Range 119
West, of the 6 P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming.
Subject to:
1. The Restrictive Covenants in Book 122 P.R., page 37;
2. All easements as delineated on the recorded plat;
3. The easements granted to Lower Valley Power and Light. Inc. in Book 5 MR, page 235,
and Book 113 PR., page 236, Lincoln County, Wyoming.
Subject to reservations and restrictions contained in the United States Patent and to easements
and rights -of -way of record or in use.
Together with all improvements and appurtenances thereon_
