Merritt and Helen Merritt a /k/a Helen S. Merritt husband and wife, Grantors, of 1768 State Hwy. 241, Afton, Wyoming 83110, Lincoln County, Wyoming, for and in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND QUITCLAIM to the Lynn and Helen Merritt Family Trust, dated February 20, 2014, Lynn Merritt and Helen Merritt, Trustees, Grantees, whose address is 1768 State Hwy. 241, Afton, Wyoming 83110, the following described real estate, situated in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to -wit: Parcel 1: The S1/2SW' /4NW1/4 of Section 19, Township 31 North, Range 118 West of the 6 P.M., Wyoming, together with water rights, pipeline rights and improvements. LESS and EXCEPTING the N' /2S' /2SW' /4NW of Section 19 T31N R118W of the 6 P. M., Wyoming, together with all water rights appurtenant thereto. Parcel 2: The North 66 feet of the Northwest Quarter Southwest Quarter (NW1/4SW1/4), Section 19, Township 31 North, Range 118 West of the Sixth P.M. Parcel 3: That part of Lot 5 of Section 6 of T3ON, R118W of the 6 P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, that lies westerly of the Reeves Schwab County Road 12 -149, together with any and all water rights. Parcel 4: BEGINNING at the NW1 /16 Corner of Section 6, T3ON, R118W of the 6`'' P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, and running thence N89 °29' 11 "E, 660 feet; thence S00 °37" 10 "E, 660 feet; thence S89 °29' 11 "W, 660 feet; thence N00 °37' 10 "W, 660 feet to the Point of Beginning.
