That ~, the undersigned, ~ P. H~L and SHANNON R. ~L, husband & wife,
("Grantor"), for a good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, do
hereby grant, convey and warrant unto Lower Valley Energy, a Cooperative Corporation, of~on
and Jackson, Wyoming and to its successors and assignS, ("Grantees"), a pecetual easement ~d right
of way for the construction and continued maintenance, repair, .alteration and replacement of the
electric distribution circuits, lines and equipment of the Grantee. to be constructed and maintained
under, upon and across the premises of Grantor in LINCOLN County, State of WYO~G along
a line 'described as follows, to wit:
BEING part of the Buckskin Crossing Subdivision, Lot 3, Section 34, T36N, R119W, 6th P.M.,
in Lincoln County, Wyoming, more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING North 60 feet from the Southwest corner of said Section 34.
Thence East 164 feet to a point.
Thence N 5° E 345 feet to a transformer location.
Thence N 7° W 90 feet to a meter location
EASEMENT to include 10 feet on each side of described line.
Together with all necessary and reasonable rights of ingress and egress and to excavate and refill
ditches and trench for the location and repair of said facilities and to cut, trim, or remove trees,
shrubbery, undergrowth or other obstructions interfering with the repair and,l, maintenance of the
facilities. The Grantor acknowledges that Electric and magnetic Fields (EMF) ar~,naturally occurring
in the distribution of electricky, and the Grantee has here notified Grantor that EMF testing and
information is available upon request from the Grantee. The undersigned agrees that all wires and
other facilities, installed on the above described lands at the Grantee's expense shall remain the
property of the Grantee, removable at the option of the Grantee. We hereby release and waive all
rights under and by virtue of the Hoinestead Exemption Laws of the said State.
