THIS INDENTURE, made the 26th day of November, 2001 by and between the

County of Lincoln the GRANTOR, and
RAMON ~RNANDEZ AND ROSA ~AND~Z, Husband and Wife as Tenants by the

as Grantee,
WITNESSETH:
That the grantoL for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and
valuable consideration in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does, by these presents,

BEGINNING at the Southeasterly corne~ of said Lot 9 and run~ing th~nc~ Northerly alon~ the
Easterly boundary line of said Lot a distance of 35 feet;
thence We?erly at right angles a distance of 130 feet to th~ Westerly boundary line of
saia Lot 9;
thence Southerly along the Westerly boundary line of said Lot 9, a distance of 35 feet to
the Northwesterly Corner of said Lot 10;

the free act and deed of said corporation.
