KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS, that AMERICAN SPORTSMAN
REALTY HOLDINGS, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, 2500 East Kearney, Springfield,
Missouri 65898, GRANTOR, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable
consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby remises, releases, and
forever quitclaims unto DARWIN JEFFREY HEAP, SHARON KAY TOLMAN, and TERESA LEE
DUNLAP, as joint tenants with right of survivorship and not as tenants in common, c/o P.O. Box 314,
Thayne, Wyoming 83127, GRANTEES, and their heirs and assigns forever, all such right, title, interest
property, possession, claim and demand, as it may have or ought to have, in or to property located in
Thayne, Lincoln County, Wyoming, more particularly described as follows, to -wit:
That property described in the legal description attached hereto, entitled:
"DESCRIPTION FOR DARWIN JEFFREY HEAP, SHARON KAY TOLMAN AND TERESA
LEE DUNLAP HEAP TRACT
Together with all improvements, and appurtenances thereon situate or in anywise
pertaining thereunto.
Subject also to all easements, reservations, restrictions, and rights -of -way of record, of
sight, or in use.

To -wit:
That part of the NW' /4NW1/4 of Section 23, T34N RI19W, within the Incorporated Limits
of the Town of Thayne, Lincoln County, Wyoming, it being the intent to more correctly
describe that tract of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 393 of
Photostatic Records on page 495:
BEGINNING at a spike on the centerline of Roberts Street, S25 39' -31 "E, 80,52 feet,
from the northwest corner of said Section 23;
thence S89 10' -51 "E, 311.02 feet, along said center line, to a spike;
thence S00 00' -24 "W, 368.50 feet, along an existing north -south fence line, in part, to a
point at a fence corner;
thence S84 58' -55 "W, 224.33 feet, along an existing east -west fence line, to a point at a
fence corner;
thence N12 33' -45 "W, 402.20 feet, along an existing north -south fence line, to the
SPIKE OF BEGINNING;
ENCOMPASSING an area of 2.34 acres, more or less;
the BASE BEARING for this survey is the east line of the NE'/ of Section 22, T34N
RI 19W, being N00 32' -14 "E;
it is the intent of this description that the called -for monuments, and not the existing fence
lines, control the location of the property lines;
each "spike" marked by a 3/8" x 12" steel spike referenced by a 5/8" x 24" steel
reinforcing rod with 2" aluminum cap inscribed, "SURVEYOR SCHERBEL LTD AFTON
WY PLS 11810 with appropriate details;
each "corner" found as described in the Corner Record filed or to be filed in the Office of
the Clerk of Lincoln County;
each "point" marked by a 5/8" x 24" steel reinforcing rod with a 2" aluminum cap
inscribed, "SURVEYOR SCHERBEL LTD AFTON WY PLS 11810 with appropriate
details;
all in accordance with the plat prepared to be filed in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln
County titled, "PLAT OF BOUNDARY ADJUSTMENT FOR ARTURO H. PERALTA-
RAMOS III FAMILY TRUST, DATED 7 MAY 1999 AND JOHN W. CLARK ET AL,
AND DARWIN JEFFREY HEAP, ET AL. PARTLY WITHIN THE INCORPORATED
