That WE, the undersized, DAHL W, BROWN and ANITA BROWN, husband & wife,
("Grantor"), for a good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby aclmowledged, do
hereby ~ant, convey and wa~ant unfo Lower Valley Energy, a Cooperative Co~oration, of Aflon
and Jackson, Wyoming and to its successors and assigns, ("Grantees"), a pmpetual easement and
right of way for the construction and continued maintenance, repair, alteration and replacement of
the electric distribution circuits, lines and equipment of the Grantee to be constructed and maintained
under, upon and across the premises of Grantor in LINCOLN County, State of ~OMING along
a line deschbed as follows, to wit:
BEING a part of Lot 1, Section 7, T30N, R118W of the 6th P.M., in Lincoln County, Wyoming,
more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING East 380 ft. South 644 ft. from the Northwest corner of said Section 7.
Thence East 14 ft.;
Thence South 30 ft.;
Thence S 71°E 43 ft.;
Thence S 81°E 216 ft.;
Thence S 71°E 76 ft.;
Thence S 35° E 103 ft. to a transformer location.
EASEMENT to include 10 feet on each side of described line.

Together With all necessary and reasonable rights of ingress and egress and to,'excavate and refill
ditches and trench for the location and repair of said facilities and to cut,. trin~, or remove trees,
shrubbery, undergrowth or other obstructions interfering with the repair and maintenance of the
facilities. The Grantor acknowledges that Electric and magnetic Fields (EMF) are naturally
occurring in the distribution of electricity, and the Grantee has here notified Grantor that EMF testing
and information is available upon request from the Grantee. The undersigned agrees that all wires
and other facilities, installed on the above described lands at the Grantee's expense shall remain the
property of the Grantee, removable at the option of the Grantee. We hereby release and waive all
rights under and by virtue of the Homestead Exemption LaWs of the said State.
