Grantors, for and in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable
consideration, in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT
to ROBERT G. KOTHE and ETHEL I. KOTHE, as Trustees of the ROBERT G. KOTHE AND
ETHEL I. KOTHE FAMILY TRUST dated February 6, 2014, Grantees, whose address is P.O. Box
63, LaBarge, Wyoming 83123, the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County,
Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State, to -wit:
Parcel 1:
Township 26 North, Range 112 West of the 6th P.M. Lincoln County, Wyoming
Section 6: Lots 9, 10, 11, 12, 14, 18, 19, 20, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34 and 35, in Block
C, and Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4, in Block E, Riverview Addition to the Town of
LaBarge, Wyoming.
Section 7: That part of Lot 1 (NW1/4NW1/4) more particularly described as follows:
Parcel 2:
WARRANTY DEED
BEGINNING at a point on the West line of said Section 7, S 00 °15' W,
the base bearing for this survey, 260.6 feet from the Northwest comer of
said Section 7 where found a 2" galvanized steel pipe with brass cap
inscribed "T26N S6 /S7 R112W 1962 thence S 89 °59' E, 632.0 feet to a
point where found a steel T- shaped stake 24" long with metal cap
inscribed "SURVEY POINT DO NOT DISTURB RLS164"; thence S
05 °07' W, 208.83 feet; thence N 89 °59' W, 613.68 feet parallel to the
North line of said tract to an intersection with the said West line; thence
N 00 °05' E, 208.0 feet along said West line to the "POINT OF
BEGINNING; ENCOMPASSING an area of 2.97 acres, more or less.
All of Lot 9 in Block 9 of the Amended Plat of the Town of Opal, Lincoln County,
Wyoming as described on the official plat thereof.
TOGETHER WITH all improvements and appurtenances thereon situate or in
anywise appertaining thereunto.
SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to all reservations, restrictions, exceptions, easements and
rights -of -way of record.
Wyo. Stat. Ann. 4- 10- 402(c) shall apply to the property conveyed by this deed and
any proceeds resulting from the sale or disposition thereof.
