acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT to Roger A. Schanzenbach, sole owner,
GRANTEE, whose address is 120 E. Escalones, San Clemente, CA 92672, the following
described real estate, situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, hereby waiving and
releasing all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of
Wyoming, to -wit:
Parcel Forty -One (41) to the Town of Diamondville, Lincoln County, Wyoming,
being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point N18 °19'E, 1763.7 feet from the southwest corner of Section
24, T21N, R116W of the 6 P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming and running thence
N75 °11'E, 72 feet; thence S14 °49'E, 80 feet; thence S75°11 'W, 72 feet; thence
N14 °49'W, 80 feet to the point of beginning, together with all buildings,
improvements and appurtenances thereon situate or in anywise appertaining
thereto
Subject to reservations, restrictions, rights -of -way and easements of sight and /or record.
