Witnesseth: That the said party of the first party, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars
($10.00) and Other Goods and Valuable Considerations to the said party of the first part acknowledged,
has granted, bargained, sold and conveyed and by these presents does grant, bargain, sell and confirm
unto the said party(ies) of the second party, his /her heirs and assigns, forever, the following described real
property, situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming to wit:
A portion of Lot 7 of Block 10 of Lincoln Heights 4 Subdivision of the Town of Kemmerer, Lincoln
County, Wyoming, being more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Northeast Corner
of said Lot 7 and running thence South along the East boundary of said Lot 7, a distance of 39.55 feet to
the point of beginning of said Unit C; thence West along the Southerly boundary of Unit D of said Lot 7,
a distance of 130 feet; thence South, along the Westerly boundary of said Lot 7, a distance of 17.95 feet;
thence East along the Southerly boundary of said Unit C, a distance of 130 feet; thence North along the
Easterly boundary of said Lot 7, a distance of 17.95 feet to the point of beginning

Being the same property acquired by the party of the first part pursuant to the provisions of the National
Housing Act, as amended (12U.S.C1701) and the Department of Housing and Urban Development Act
(42 U.S.C.3531).
Together with all and singular the hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging, or in an wise
appertaining, and the reversion and reversions, remainder and remainders, rents, issues and profits
thereof, and all the estate, right, title, interest, claim and demand whatsoever of the said party of the first
part, either in law or equity, of, in and to the above bargained premises, with the hereditaments and
appurtenances; To have and to hold the said premises above bargained and described with appurtenances,
unto David Salo and Dorathy Salo, husband and wife, the said party(ies) of the second part, his /her
heirs and assigns forever.
Subject to all covenants, restrictions, reservations, easements, conditions and right appearing of record;
and subject to any state of facts an accurate survey would show.
And the said party of the first part, for himself and his successors, covenants and agrees to and with the
party(ies) of the second part, his /her heirs and assigns, against all and every person or person lawfully
claiming or to claim the whole or any party thereof, by, through or under the said party of the first part, to
Warrant and forever defend.
In Witness Whereof, the undersigned, being specifically named pursuant to the delegation of authority
published at 70 F.R.43, 171 (July 26, 2005) as an authorized agent, has set his /her hand seal as a principal
and /or officer of Best Assets, Inc., for and on behalf of the Secretary of Housing and Urban
Development.
