warranty whatsoever and without recourse to the Grantors, or Grantors' successors and assigns,
to Clayne E. Reeves and Cheryl A. Reeves, Trustees of The Joint Revocable Trust of Clayne E.
Reeves and Cheryl A. Reeves, created by trust agreement dated November 29, 2013, whose
address is Reeves Schwab 149 Lincoln Co Rd #484, Smoot, Wyoming 83126, all of Grantors'
right, title and interest, if any, in and to the following described real estate situated in the County
of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, more particularly described as follows:
Subject, however to all existing interests, including but not limited to easements,
encumbrances, reservations, restrictions, and rights -of -way of record or otherwise. Hereby
releasing and waiving any and all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws
of this state.
This transfer is subject to the provisions of Wyo. Stat. Ann. 4 -10 -402 (West). The
property conveyed herein and the proceeds resulting from the sale or disposition thereof shall
