BEGINNING at the northeast corner of said NW''SW'
thence S00 02' -12 "E, 397.46 feet, along the east line of said NW'hSW'/a, to a point;
thence S89 58' -41 "W, 304.27 feet, to a point at an existing fence line;
thence N00 02' -08 "W, 326.15 feet, along said fence line, to a point and leave said fence
line;
thence N90 00' -00 "E, 5.00 feet, to a point;
thence N00 05' -43 "E, 71,80 feet, to a spike on the north line of said NW'/SW'/;
