BEGINNING at a spike on the centerline of Roberts Street. S77 26' -49 "E, 354.32 feet,
from the northwest comer of said N1/2N W'
thence S89 10' -51 "E, 336.37 feet, along said centerline, to a spike;
thence S00 00' -24 "W, 1295.79 feet, to a point on the south line of said tract in Book 821;
thence N88 57' -I5 "W, 336.39 feet, along said south line, to the southwest point thereof;
thence N00 00' -24 "E, 1294.46 feet, along the west line of said tract in Book 821, to the
SPIKE OF BEGINNING;
