CHARLES D. BLACKWELL, a/k/a CHARLES D. BLACKWELL, Jr., a single person,
Grantor, for and in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration,
in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND WARRANTS to
CHARLES D. BLACKWELL, JR., as Trustee of the CHARLES D. BLACKWELL, JR.
REVOCABLE TRUST dated March 5, 2014, Grantee, whose address is 1324 6th West Avenue,
Kemmerer, Wyoming 83101, the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and State
of Wyoming, to -wit:
Lots 36, 37, 38, 39, 40 and 41, Unit C -I, Commissary Ranch Subdivision, Lincoln
County, Wyoming as described on the official plat thereof.
PARCEL 2:
Lot 9 of Block 5 of Lincoln Heights 3rd Subdivision of the Town of Kemmerer,
Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the official plat thereof.
TOGETHER WITH all improvements and appurtenances thereon situate or in
anywise appertaining thereunto.
SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to all reservations, restrictions, exceptions, easements and
rights -of -way of record.
